Community Fundraiser - Help NAICOB

Note: This diary is in support of an ongoing crowdfunding effort by the North American Indian Center of Boston (NAICOB). The funding will play a crucial role in helping regenerate the building they've occupied for the last 40 years. Please help in any way you can - ideally, by Rec'ing and sharing as widely as you can, and if time and finances allow, with whatever you can provide to help with the fundraising effort. Times are tight for many of us - simply sharing news of this effort is more than appreciated. Please read on, and thank you.

There are 26 days left in the crowdfunding campaign that the North American Indian Center of Boston (NAICOB) is running on IndieGoGo. They've reached just over 1% of their goal.

I'm writing to invite community members to share this link to their website and this link to their crowdfunding page. Can you help spread the word and create some buzz to help bring more attention to this?

If you'd like to write a diary to help, let me know.

I'd like to ensure that this effort remains in front of people until the campaign is over, so that we can push for as many eyes to see it as possible. More eyes means more opportunities for those who can donate to see it and react.

For more information about NAICOB, you can visit their web page, or their Facebook page if you're on Facebook - Friends of NAICOB (North American Indian Center of Boston).  You can share information about their Grandparents Bridging The Gap program that helps grandparents who have become primary caregivers in their families again, or a link to a page describing the current Services offered. If this campaign is a success, those will increase - that's part of the underlying goal behind this effort.
